Our mission is to develop partnerships with the people of Mongolia in furtherance of cultural exchange and human development. About Friends of Malawi Friends of Malawi (FOM) is a registered, 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization founded in 1987 by Returned Peace Corps Volunteers (RPCV’s) who had served in Malawi. The organization currently has over 800 supporters and is affiliated with the National Peace Corps Association. The organization supports the interests of all Malawians wellbeing. It is neither political nor partisan. FOM will cooperate, as appropriate, with other agencies or organizations in the United States and other countries to achieve these goals.
