RPCVS and Friends of El Salvador is established to promote goodwill, cooperation and understanding between the people of El Salvador and the U.S. Also, it exists to provide a place for RPCVS and others who served in El Salvador to inform each other about their years of service and, importantly, worthy projects in El Salvador.
