As the next generation of volunteers is getting ready to begin their journeys, let's give them the best send off possible! We'll be gathering at St. Joseph Brewing, which is itself a great example of working with what you have - future PCVs should get used to hearing that one.
This event is open to all members of the IPCC family, including kids and parents. We've rented out the loft space at the brewery, so everyone can come and enjoy. There will be stories to swap, hugs to give and nervous excitement all around.
This is a great opportunity to ask questions about service, meet invitees from the Indy area, and get a full dose of our eclectic, worldly and loving Indy Peace Corps family.
To help make this night extra special please consider wearing or bringing traditional clothing you might still have from your service. We can share some of the cultures from our respective countries.
We will also be collecting items for St. Mary's Children's Center, a local nonprofit agency that offers two early childhood education to impact the futures of young children. Click here to see the wish lists of items for the center.
