PODCAST: RPCV Leaders in Action featuring Doug Teschner, Leadership Expert

Join us for this RPCV Leaders in Action edition of our podcast, featuring conversations with accomplished RPCVs who have demonstrated strong leadership in their personal and professional lives. 


This month's guest is Douglass Teschner, RPCV Morocco, Leadership trainer, elected official at the state level, and former Country Director with Peace Corps in the Ukraine, Burkina Faso and Guinea (2008-17).


We'll chat about Doug's rich experience and interesting career trajectory, and allow him to share tips and advice from his wealth of knowledge in mentoring and leading RPCVs, including in the area of leadership. 



PODCAST HOST: Jodi Hammer is an RPCV (Ecuador, 1994 - '97), Job Coach, and host of the Global Reentry's Jobs with Jodi Podcast. In her role as Global Reentry Career Services Specialist with NPCA, she develops and delivers individual and group programming in support of Global Reentry's mission of providing career and transitional support to RPCVs worldwide.

Douglass Teschner is a proven, results-oriented leader, mentor, coach, trainer and teacher embracing challenge, integrating vision with a passion for excellence, inspiring a higher level of personal and professional performance, committed to team building, leadership development, transparency, and quality communication.  He served in Peace Corps Morocco in the 70's and as Country Director with Peace Corps in Ukraine and in 5 African nations (2008 - 2017)
