A Conversation with U.S. Geographic Groups

What are your challenges as a U.S. geographic affiliate group? We would like to continue a conversation among geographic affiliate groups to share successes, challenges and questions. 

This conversation will center specifically on how your affiliate group is approaching diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I). What is your group doing to move the conversation forward? What action steps might you take to create an impact around these issues? We would like to learn and share the different initiatives, trainings, or activities your group has engaged in, and explore how we might support and learn from each other.
