Khalisa Jacobs works with the public and private sector to diversify and expand National Peace Corps Association program funding. She is the principal contact for the Director’s Circle, NPCA’s highest donor group. Her responsibilities also include coordinating the capital campaign – The Promise of the Peace Corps: The Campaign for the 50th Anniversary, and the Annual Gathering.

She has an array of knowledge of event, corporate, foundation and individual fundraising. Before joining NPCA, she served as Manager of Major Gifts for Population Services International. She also has worked in the annual giving offices at Georgetown University and the University of Virginia.

Khalisa has a strong family connection to Dakar, Senegal through the African dance community in the United States and her husband. She looks forward to one day serving as a Peace Corps volunteer.

A native of New Jersey, Khalisa is an alumna of the University of Virginia, where she majored in psychology. She received her MBA from the University of Florida.
