Mike is the founder and president of Campus Advantage (CA), a university and college housing firm based In Austin, Texas. He is responsible for strategic and financial planning, as well as maintaining relationships with existing clients and other allied business partners. CA currently has over 600 employees operating more than 25,000 student beds in 41 different locations across the U.S.
He has over 20 years of experience in the development, acquisitions, and operations of student housing real estate.
Mike is a member of the Association of College and University Housing Officers – International (ACUHO-I),National Association of College and University Business Officers (NACUBO), National Multi-Housing CommitteeStudent Housing Committee of the National Apartment Association, and the Texas Bar Association.
He is a member of the NPCA affiliate group, Heart of Texas RPCVs and Friends of the Eastern Carribbean, for which he is the Editor of their Newsletter. He also is a member of NPCA’s Director Circle.
He served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Dominica as a Life lab Teacher.
Mike has a law degree from the University of Minnesota and a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin.
